How Did You Get Started? I got started working out when I was around 13. My football team did this summer lifting program and after that was over I wanted to keep lifting so I went to my local gym. I have been lifting about two years now and plan to continue well into the future. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I work out every other day - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps on the first day. Back and Arms on the second day. Legs the third day. Then I start over for the 4th day.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Whey protein has worked the best for me. I usually don't use anything else. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because I like to be able to shape my body to make it look how I want to look. This is such an individual sport that the only true competition is yourself. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I hope to get into some competitions when I'm older, but right now I'm focusing on sports and school. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
