How Did You Get Started? I started bodybuilding because I wanted to look good for a girl and I wanted to be the strongest in my weight lifting class. But eventually I started to become really strong and I loved the results so I continued to do it. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I do not have much of a nutrition plan, I try to take in a hundred grams of protein every night and I use weight gainers such as Mass-tech to work on getting my weight up.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I would have to say that N.O. Xplode and Super Pump 250 have got me more pumped up to workout for a long time.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Mainly because it is good exercise and I enjoy the overall strength increases and being able to look good. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I'm not sure what my plans are for bodybuilding yet, but I am told by trainers and older friends at the gym that they believe I am ready for Mr. North Carolina so I plan to go out for that in the next year or so.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
I would tell them to keep working out on the days they don't want to because by the time they are finished they are a lot more happy than they would have been if they would have skipped that day.
