How Did You Get Started? I started lifting in ninth grade after my freshman football season. I began lifting to get bigger and stronger for football. I fell in love with the sport and haven't stopped since. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I have used many workout plans so far but the one I like most is

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? Basically I eat a lot meat and fruit. I eat whenever I'm hungry, so basically all the time. I have probably about 5 meals a day. I try to stick to drinking water and juices, no soda. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I haven't yet used supplements. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because of the pump, the adrenaline rush. It's a great feeling to be working up a sweat, doing the best you can. It's me against myself, that's what I love about it. It's awesome putting in such hard work and getting physical results. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I don't have any concrete plans, maybe I will compete. Not sure.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? I would say stay motivated and determined. Always be intense; if it doesn't burn then throw some more weight on. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? My favorite bodybuilder is Arnold.
