Most Embarrassing
The most embarrassing moment for me has to be when I was working out my abs with hanging leg raises. I was doing 3 sets of 15 and on my second set with about 3 reps left I went up slowly and by the time I got to the top of the exercise I let out a mean fart.
I was more embarrassed than sh*t. Some little kids were there with their dad behind me, and they were all saying "ewwww!" and plugging their noses. The dad was just standing there, looking at me - laughing. I'm very glad that they were the only people who saw me, but still for me it was still bad.

Hanging Leg Raises: Get A Leg Up On Strength!
This exercise is a hard one if you don't train it correctly, correct form goes without saying. I originally wrote this article because I was sick and tired of 'Gym Rats' doing thousand upon thousands of crunches.

I quickly made my way out of the abs section 'cause God knows I hate being embarrassed, but in all I finished my workout, and it was a pretty good one to. But for the rest of the time I was there, I tried avoiding that guy and his kids - which made it hard for me to get to the equipment I wanted, but you have to do what you have to do.
I ended up having to pass that guy and his kids again. This time they didn't start laughing or even see me for that matter, 'cause I was basically sprinting past them. I hope that never happens again. In fact I know it won't, 'cause now when I do hanging leg raises, I am sure to not fart like I did that day.

Funniest People
All right, I actually have two people for this section. The first is some guy that I have only seen at my gym a few times but every time I saw him it made me start laughing. This guy has to be one of the fattest, most out-of-shape people I have ever seen. He seems to think that he's the buffest person to ever go to the gym, though.
Every time he finishes a set he stands in the mirror and flexs. He's all, "Yep, it looks like I'm getting my form back." Don't get me wrong, it's good to have self-confidence, but c'mon - you don't go to the gym two times and expect to be some huge, ripped guy.
The second person I have seen was some lady trying to get in shape. She was riding a stationary cycle and there were these other "advanced" looking guys riding next to her. But she was totally blowing them away!
I mean, here was this out-of-shape, a little heavy, lady going like three times as fast as these "advanced" guys. If you would have seen it, you would've laughed your @$$ off, too. It's like they say, "You can't judge a book by its cover."

Worst Sights & Smells
The worst sight I have ever seen at the gym has to be while I was heading toward the bathroom. On my way there, I passed this old, wrinkly, naked guy in the locker room. It was completely disgusting! He was bending over to put his shorts on, facing me, and I caught a glimpse of his you-know-what. I was about to throw up.
I never ever intended to look at it - it's just that while I was walking, he was in my way. Now, when I go to the locker room, I have to check to make sure that I don't have to see something like that again. Be prepared!

Gym Etiquette!
Every once in a while you see obscure articles in the Bodybuilding mags where they raise a nagging finger and babble about do's and do not's in the gym.

The worst smell I have ever smelled at the gym was only a few days ago. I was leg pressing and there was some other guy doing the same next to me. Man, he was one stinky mug! I was about to say something to him, but I didn't have the nerve to.
Do us all a favor, just be sure that when you go to the gym that you put on some deodorant! For me it's a mandatory thing. That way, I know that I won't end up being that stinky guy!
Lots of things can happen at your gym. I am sure you all have your own stories. Who knows, maybe it's a reason to go?! Later.
