Greg Simpson

Background

I am a real 'student' of the sport and would love to have the opportunity to share my knowledge with others around the world, especially with my fellow teens.

My name is Greg Simpson and I live in Brisbane, Australia. I am 17 years old and have been training for over two years. Mainly starting because I play rugby union. I was really into fitness and I got a copy of Muscle and Fitness mainly for the 'fitness' section. However, after awhile I began to desire the 'muscle' part more and haven't looked back. Since then I have read everything I can get my hands on and have been training hard.

He can be contacted at n_10_ct@hotmail.com.

Vince Gironda: Old School Inspiration Or Old Fool Insanity?

Remember most gyms do have limits. Stacks are only so big, dumbbells only so heavy etc. So when you do come to problems like mine give pre-exhaustion a go or you could use it on any exercise by performing a isolation exercise.
