How Did You Get Started? I started lifting when I stopped playing sports in High School. I felt like a waste not doing anything at all so I went to the gym. I loved weightlifting from then on. It is a lifestyle and takes some discipline but leads to great results in health and looks. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I work out at 6:00 AM before work, followed by a protein shake. Balance bar at 10:00 AM, lunch at 12:00. I have a Protein shake at 5:00 PM, and another at 11:00 PM before bed. To fill in I eat anything and everything to gain Weight. I eat 3 meals a day and one good snack late at night. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Whey Protein is the all natural gift to bodybuilders, I also take Multi-Vitamins every day. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I am planning on doing an amateur competition in the fall when I am at college. Hopefully my twin and I will be able to train together for competition and compete against one another. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Dedication. One simple word that turns to an action that is not so simple. You have to be motivated and dedicated to show up every time and not quit. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Lee Priest, also obviously Arnold and an old timer that I know by the name of Alan Blevins.
