Our Teen Bodybuilder of the Week was...

How Did You Get Started? Believe it or not I was first motivated by cartoons. I watched Dragon Ball Z on TV, and I wanted to be strong and look like some of those characters on the show. Then my brother Kevin got me interested in Martial Arts. Now we both wrestle and lift together. Our goals are to be the best wrestlers in MMA. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? My brother and I help train our team, (Team Mixed Plate) 3 times a week. We usually go for a jog, come back to my place lift weights, and finally wrestle. I love it! What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? The only two I have tried are Optimum Whey Protein, and Abs Steel Bars. They both taste great. I especially like the Strawberry ON's Protein. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? Being healthy and strong makes wrestling and life in general much more enjoyable. And it is a sport I can do for the rest of my life. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I plan to compete in bodybuilding after my wrestling days are over. Staying active is important to me and the beautiful thing about bodybuilding is I can add size after I'm done competing as a middleweight. (185lbs) What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Nothing beats hard work. And if you don't have one, find a training partner. I am lucky enough to have been blessed with a brother who has similar interests and good friends. We help motivate each other and learn from each others experiences. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Maxick and Eugene Sandow, and of coarse the one the only... Arnold Schwarzenegger!
