I've been lifting since I was about 13 years old, mostly for football, but only this past year have I gotten into bodybuilding. Ever since I started concentrating on more than just the training (nutrition, supplementation, etc.), I have become really interested in the sport, and read everything I can to learn more.  The more I read, the more I like to share!
