I didn't hit a very good groove here, I could have done more if I had.I think. Decline Press 275x7 plus 1 with help. 315x1 plus 2 with help. Didn't wait long enough between sets I don't think. Incline Dumbell Presses 75sx14 90sx12 100sx7plus 1 wiht help. 110sx2 plus 1 with help. Machine Flies 140x10 150x7 150x7 Incline Machine Presses 235x7 250x5 Cable Crossovers 60x12 80x7 Not a bad workout. Incline Dumbells were higher htan usual, especially since they were the third exercise in my workout. Oh well, back is tomorrow so I'll see you then.
