Hey, here is my training journal for today/yesterday 3-03-02 Chest workout *I was really off today, I'm going to mess around with my training schedule to hopefully fix that...but here's what happened: Bench Press 135x20 225x8 325xmiss-not so good 325xmiss-pretty close though 305x1 plus one forced(I think I was starting to burn out by then) 275x4 plus one forced(yeah, I'm definitely burning out now) Incline Bench Press 245xmiss-wow, normally I can hit this for a good 7 reps Incline Dumbbell Press 90sx8 each arm, not so great 95sx4 terrible Flat Dumbbell Press 95sx10 not too good 110sx2 absolutely terrible; I'm usually hitting a good ten reps around here. 100sx2 even worse I just did some cable crossovers and left; I was so depressed Sunday, March 3, 2002 I was going to be doing just back, but I threw in arms today as well. Power Cleans 135x10 185x8 205x6 225x3(weights aren't so good here today) Power Snatch 135x8 155x6 175xmiss...I think I woulda had this if I had done it first; I was so close. Close-Grip Bench Press 135x10 225x8 245x5 255x3 plus 1 forced...well this is the only good thing about this workout so far! 275xmiss...a little too late in a workout to go this heavy (supersetted with) Barbell Curls 135x2(too heavy) 115x10 115x8 Dumbbell Curls 40sx12 each arm 50sx10 each arm 60sx5 each arm Triceps Pressdown 3 sets Cable Curls 3 sets Dumbbell Shrugs 95sx16 95sx12 Bent Rows 155x10 Sitting Rows 155x15 205x8 Lat Pulldown 140x10 150x10 My inner quad has been bugging me still-I guess it's still not fully recovered. Hopefully I'll be okay for Friday's back/leg workout on my new training system. Since I've decided to go out for football I'm going to work on my strength.
