Monday, Feb 25, 2002 6:00 Wake up, ate 130 calories worth of Wheat Thins, 2 caps 1-AD 7:00 3 scoops protein powder (66g protein, 330 calories) 7:30 4 pretzel sticks (big ones!)(140 calories) 9:15 small protein bar, 3 cartons of milk(47 g protein, 450 calories) 2 caps Xenadrine 12:00 3 cans of tuna fish, 2tbs fat-free mayonnaise, 1 bag sun chips (90g protein, 550 calories) 2:30 1 big bag sun chips and 3 caps Xenadrine Train-Back, weighing in at 226 with my school clothes in pre-workout, and 221 after in my workout attire. Power cleans 243x2 Missed 253...I don't know maybe it was the bar-I've hit 250 twice before so this should really be easy. The rest of the workout I really don't remember-I had to lift at my high school(big mistake!)…last time I ever do that again. 5:00 post workout shake- 3 cups milk 3 scoops protein powder, half a cookie(93g protein, 620 calories), 2tbs creatine, 2 tabs multivitamin 5:15-6:00 600 calories in sugar 7:10 3 scoops protein powder, a banana, some Wheat Chex , a few bites of pasta (70g protein, 500 calories) 9:30 3 scoops protein powder, soup(75g protein, 500 calories) 12:00 3 scoops protein powder, 210 calories of Ritz crackers, some low fat cream-cheese (75g protein 560 calories) 2 caps 1-AD Totals for the day: 516g protein, 4,250 calorie. My protein level was extremely high for the low amount of calories today. I'll probably up my carbs tomorrow and then level off for the few off days coming
