Incline Dumbbell Press 70sx12 80sx7 95sx6 with spotter Decline Dumbbell Press 95x8 110x1...I got a bad grip on it so the set was all messed up. Flat Flies 45sx10 45sx10 Incline Flies 45sx10 45sx10 Cable Crossovers 4 sets Sitting Bench press(machine) 4 sets Pec Deck 3 sets This other machine 2 sets **I did a ton of sets today, just because it took me a while to get the pump going after the heavy bench presses. Oh well, next time I'll try and cut the sets down to around 14 or so… 6:00 2 cups milk 3 scoops protein powder (82 g protein, 580 calories) 6:15 sugars! Oh god I had a big glass of fruit juice, applesauce, mini Oreos and a lollipop. (8 g protein, and about 500 calories!) 9:00 3 scoops protein powder, a bowl of pasta and tomato sauce. (70g protein, 520 calories) 2 caps 1-AD 11:00 3 cups milk, 3 scoops protein powder, some wheat thins (94 g protein, 620 calories) 2 caps 1-AD Total for today: 394g protein-yikes that's low!, and 3,330 calories-that's low too! Really didn't eat so much today, but I did a lot of sleeping. Well I really am about one or two meals short today, so I guess I didn't do so bad.
