How Did You Get Started?

I started martial arts about 5 years ago, and became really interested in Bruce Lee. I found out about his workouts and wanted to be like him. So I have been working out since then, but only seriously have been doing it for about 2 years.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I actually do not lift weights, I use a program called Dynamic Tension that uses your own body weight to build itself. This includes:

  • push-ups
  • dips
  • pull-ups
  • sit-ups
  • resistance arm curls
  • squats
  • and others, every day.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

The only one I use is a protein powder, and a multivitamin & calcium pill every day.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It improves my power and speed in the martial arts, as well as it increases my confidence.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

Work hard, and achieve or go beyond the level that Bruce Lee achieved.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Push yourself, results don't come from just thinking about it, you have to put all of your effort into it. I like the navy seal motto: "The only easy day was yesterday."
