How Did You Get Started? When I was 14, I was very fat and overweight. I've always dreamed about having a 6 pack and wicked biceps. My love for bodybuilding started when I saw a bodybuilder on TV, and I said to myself, "I must LOOK LIKE HIM". So I began losing weight, and started learning from TV and internet sites. Then, when I lost weight I wanted to build some muscle so I met someone named Eric Ryan (Gopro) and he got me where I am today. I owe everything to this man. He set me up on a basic program, now he's training me for a upcoming show I'm going to enter. This past month my training has been so intense and demanding but I'm loving every single moment of it. The main thing that made me become so dedicated was the stares at the beach I get, there's nothing better. There is nothing better in this world than getting a PUMP! 1st - Eating a lot of WHOLE Foods Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it sets me higher then everyone else. It makes
me feel different and the feeling is amazing. Lifting has changed my life in
so many ways, from school, to how I treat and deal with people. Nothing
feels better than waking up and looking at yourself in the mirror and
thinking to yourself, "Holy @#$% you look good."
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I'm going all the way baby. I want to enter as many competitions as I can, and I have the best person to prepare them for me, Eric Ryan is helping me prepare for some competitions coming up so I'm going to enter as many as I can. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Give it everything you got all the time. Even the little things matter in the long run. What the mind can conceive the body can achieve! Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Arnold is the best, and always will be the best. The 2nd best bodybuilder in my world is ME.
