Aaron Ciak

Background

Having lifted for about three years now I have picked up a few good pointers to share with teens. I would first like to tell you a little bit about me. I am now 19 years old and attend Tiffin University on a football scholarship. However, lifting is one of the big reasons I play football. I have only been in one competition so far but I plan on doing others. I competed in the Great Lake Natural at the age of 18 and won. I was not in my best shape, but believe that competition was a good experience. It helped me to see what I wanted to do with my bodybuilding career. Going to school and playing football makes it hard to really concentrate on another competition. It is however never hard to find time to lift. I love it.

I happen to have genetics (thank God!) for abs, so they usually do not need a lot of work. If you are somebody that does have trouble with them, then you might have to hit them more.

  • Legs - Quads And Hams!

Well lets talk about the most neglected part of the human body - the legs!. Now when I talk about legs here I am going to concentrate on the quadriceps and hamstrings.
