How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting weights in high school to get bigger and stronger for Rugby League. After seeing good results and with the added attention I was receiving, I began to read as many magazines and Bodybuilding.com articles I could get my hands on.
Not long after I decided to upgrade from my home set up to a local gym called Fit4All. It was here that my passion for weight lifting and Bodybuilding grew beyond my expectations, and I decided that Bodybuilding would be my new sport.
I competed at the Australian Natural Bodybuilding Central Coast Championships at the age of 18, finishing 3rd in the Teenage Division. I then went on to place 2nd at the ANB South Coast Titles in May of 2009. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? It's not just a sport to me, it is a lifestyle. It is the most challenging yet rewarding sport I have ever been involved in. There's nothing I love more than a heavy weight session after a long day of study at University.
What Motivates You To Follow A Healthy Lifestyle? There is plenty to say on this but generally speaking it improves almost every aspect of my life. Living a healthy lifestyle improves my energy, emotions, longevity, etc. What Made You Want To Achieve Your Goals? I place great emphasis on being a successful person, both physically and mentally. The pride that I feel and the respect I receive for doing what I do is all I need to carry on improving my physique. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I am currently trying to gain a few lean pounds before beginning my next pre-contest schedule, where I will again compete at the ANB Central Coast Championships in the hope of gaining a win in the Teenage Division.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Nutrition! Many guys I know train well at the gym but never seem to gain the muscle they work so hard for. Understanding nutrition is the most vital yet challenging aspect to obtaining a quality physique. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Not only have I learnt a great deal about nutrition and training from the many articles I have read, but also the previous amateurs of the week have given me a variety of information to apply to my own program.
