How Did You Get Started? I got started working out at my old school (Pine Crest in Ft. Lauderdale FL) in a required class. I was always too small and after noticing some gains, I began to take it more seriously. After a year or two of just experimenting with which combination of exercises gave the greatest gains, I had finally found what works best for me and just continued to fine-tune my exercise routine for even better gains. Now graduating from Phillips Exeter I can say I am in the best shape of my life. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? Basically, I eat everything and anything I can with specific intake goals in mind as follows. For breakfast and lunch I load up on carbs (a lot of cereal, bread, and pasta) so I have energy for the workout. For the two or three meals after my workout, I load up on protein in any form (usually pizza, meat, or eggs) and have an RTD-40 for good measure. Normal intake is about 5000-7000 calories per day. Keeping in mind I have a very high metabolism. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? The supplements I’ve tried that have given me the greatest gains are Met-Rx RTD-40 and Cell-Tech. Why do you love Bodybuilding? After going from a tiny 120lbs with no lifting capacity to 170lbs with a 350lbs bench press and a 700lbs shrug, what is there not to love about bodybuilding? What I love the most about bodybuilding is when you are lifting or pressing a new max and you can feel all the energy revving in your system as you grip the bar and then you do it and suddenly all the energy is released and goes surging through your body like lightning. There is nothing in the world like that feeling. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? Just to continue to push my body to its limits. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Perseverance. Your next massive gain is right around the corner. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Arnold Schwarzenegger (Would Moses count? I mean he did shoulder press two huge stone slabs)
